By using our website, these Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the “TOS”) govern your use of www.hirethecatwalk.com and the Hire the Catwalk services and sale of products. By using the Service or visiting or browsing the site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and conditions of use and any modifications that may be made to the Terms of Use from time to time; if you do not agree to these Terms of Use you should not use the service.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement in the future and any changes will apply to our rental process.

These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Hire the Catwalk Ltd, so please read them thoroughly.

This agreement contains all the terms and conditions that govern your rental from HIRE THE CATWALK. No different or other terms and conditions have any effect.

By agreeing to these terms, you are giving HIRE THE CATWALK the right to use your details such as your email address for promotional and advertising campaigns.

HIRE THE CATWALK reserves the right to, without previous notice, suspend or discontinue the site for maintenance, repairs or modernisation.

Hire the Catwalk is a straightforward service. Simply browse the beautiful designer dresses for hire on our website, choose a dress of your choice to hire for your occasion, we send the dress to you with the security ribbon intact two days before your chosen event date. You then wear your dress, and then simply send it back to us using the prepaid label and package you received when your dress arrived.

Our Service allows customers to access the site and hire designer dresses from Hire the Catwalk in accordance with these Terms of Use. The customer can choose the product/products to rent from our unique on-line selection, and have them shipped to their chosen address. This is done with a return date which is the end of the hire period, if the dress is not sent back to us on the designated return date – the first working day after the event date which was chosen at checkout – we reserve the right to charge you £15 a day for everyday the dress is not received back to us past the chosen return date. The current shipping policies governing the delivery and return of products are detailed on the Site in the Delivery and FAQ sections.

Any discounts, vouchers or other offers made available on the website through third party channels which are redeemable on the HIRE THE CATWALK website are subject to change without notice.

Our dress prices are per unit and may vary depending on model and designer at any given time in our discretion.

The price of a dress can be seen on the dress detail page, and HIRE THE CATWALK may change prices at any given time.

Delivery time for the designer dress you have hired may vary based upon product availability, customer delivery address, when you place an order, and any other circumstances that could impact delivery. Accordingly, Hire the Catwalk makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.

We send our designer dresses to our customers via UK Royal Mail Special Delivery. The total price of posting the dress to you and you sending it back to us on the date chosen is £9.95 which covers all costs of postage and packaging, this is added at checkout. Royal Mail guarantees that your chosen dress will be with you before 1pm two days before your chosen event date. Please ensure someone is in for the parcel as a signature is required in order to pass the dress over to you.

We hire our designer dresses to you on the understanding that they are returned in an undamaged condition.

If your dress is due to be delivered on a Saturday, please note that the delivery charge will be £3.00 extra than a midweek delivery.

Our dresses are in the sole responsibility of yourself, the hirer, and therefore we expect you to take good care of our products, minor spillages and small marks are inevitable and we have high quality dry cleaners on hand who clean all the dresses when we receive them back to our offices from customers as well as a seamstress, however if a product is returned in a damaged or dirty condition that exceeds normal wear and tear, as determined by the Hire the Catwalk team in its sole discretion, you agree that Hire the Catwalk may charge you for the repair cost of a product if damaged or stained, or we also hold the right to charge you the full cost of replacing such products if ruined beyond repair. The product replacement fee will vary depending on each dress.

You the customer should not alter or make any additions to the dress or in any other manner interfere with the dress during your hire period. if you the customer does we have the right to charge you the repair cost or full cost of replacing the dress.

You the customer are responsible for loss or damage to our dresses such as theft, fire, severe stains and any other causes in the hiring period. Please understand that if the dress is returned with any kind of these damages, you are to pay the full retail price according with our price lists. The customer must notify us of any damage to our dress that occurs during their hire period.

If a customer decides not to send the rented dress back to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full retail price that Hire the Catwalk paid for the dress they hold, each dress price varies depending on designer of the dress.

We strongly suggest you keep the proof of delivery receipt when the dress is sent back to us, because if we do not receive a product back from you, and you the customer has no proof of delivery, we hold the authority to charge your credit card the full retail price of the dress. Again the retail selling price of the designer dress at the date of hire will vary depending on each dress.

Under no circumstances are customers to attempt to clean any products themselves (dry clean, cold wash or any other way) If done so, we reserve the right to charge the customer for part or full replacement value of the dress if any damage is done to the product.

If the dress is not returned to us at Hire the Catwalk on the first working day after the event date you selected at checkout, we reserve the right to charge you £15 for each day the dress is not returned back to us, as you are preventing other customers from renting that dress.

If for any reason you are not happy with the Hire the Catwalk designer dress hire service at any point, before during or after a purchase please contact us at enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com and we will be happy to assist you with any complaint or query you may have.

Alternatively if you are pleased with the service you receive from Hire the Catwalk please also make us aware, as we like to share customer feedback on our website.

If you have any pictures of yourself the hirer, or a comment you would like to make on the dresses you rented from www.hirethecatwalk.com please email them to us at enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com so we can upload them to the gallery section of the website and our social media platforms where customer feedback is displayed and available to be seen by other Hire the Catwalk customers.

When you rent a dress from Hire the Catwalk, you will be required to provide us with accurate and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorised to use. By signing up for the service, you are allowing Hire the Catwalk to bill your credit card the applicable fees, shipping charges, any and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of our website and dress hire. The applicable fees will be charged to your credit card. If your designer dress is not returned on the due return date agreed when the purchase was made, Hire the Catwalk have the right to charge your Credit card at a rate of £15 each day the dress is kept by the customer over your return date as chosen on check out, until we receive the dress back to our offices.

If Hire the Catwalk does not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, You will be contacted by Hire the Catwalk team or agent immediately.

You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer and bank but not limited to overdraft or use insufficient funds or go over your credit limit fees.

You may return a rented designer dress and receive a refund for any reason such as, the dress does not fit, you do not like the dress.  You have 24 hours to return the dress to us in the original state it was sent to you, with the ‘Hire the Catwalk’ security ribbon still intact on the dress to receive a full refund from us (minus shipping costs of £9.95 + £15 re-stocking fee), You must deposit the item for return at your local post office either the day or day after you receive the parcel. Most post offices close at 5pm. Unless advised by Hire the Catwalk, should a product be kept longer by the customer than the 24 hour period for returns, Hire the Catwalk reserves the right to charge the full rental fee and reject a refund. Please contact enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com if you are returning a dress, and if you wish to request to keep an item overnight which you do not wish to wear to your event.

If the Hire the Catwalk security ribbon is not intact on the dress as stated above, or the dress is not in its original condition when it was sent to you, therefore has marks of being worn, we will take this as the dress has been worn therefore we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the product rental and reject a refund. We strongly reiterate that you the customer, in this occasion ensure the security ribbon remains on the dress.

On the rare occasion that when the dress is inspected by you the customer and defects are found, please contact us immediately by phone or email and make us aware of the alleged defect, damage or any other faults so we can assist you further with your hire.

If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it is posted out to you, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting customer service on enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com or calling 01282 797213 and we will be happy to take care of this for you and refund you, however you will incur a £15 deposit (per dress) fee that will not be refunded.

Once you have tried on the dress and kept it for more than 24 hours we will not be able to give any customer a refund.

By placing an order with Hire the Catwalk designer dress hire, you are offering to rent a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

HIRE THE CATWALK collects personal information when you place an order. By using our service you are consenting to the collection of personal data including name, email address, phone numbers, home address, credit/debit card and more so that we can process and fulfil your order.

Your information will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Your payment details are taken on a secure payment platform system which will not be shared, and will only be used to process your order using our payment partner systems. HIRE THE CATWALK may use your personal information for processing of orders, payments and to provide you the customer with a personalised shopping experience.

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates, but only in accordance with your preferences.

We may also use your telephone number or email you to discuss your order.

You must acknowledge that HIRE THE CATWALK website and all its contents such as software, logo, symbols, pictures and texts are owned by HIRE THE CATWALK or have been duly licensed and you must accept that these property rights protect the contents of HIRE THE CATWALK website. Unless otherwise specified the content of this website is for your personal and non-commercials use and HIRE THE CATWALK grants  you limited access for this purpose.

HIRE THE CATWALK manage and own the design, layout, product pictures all other pictures and information on this website that cannot be copied, sold, distributed or downloaded or used in any other way without our permission.
