Once you have received your designer dress, please try it on to see if it fits you. If unfortunately it doesn’t, you have 24 hours to return the dress back to us for a full refund minus shipping costs and £5 re-stocking fee.
Please notify us by email if you wish to send the dress back to us and ensure there are no signs of being worn or washed, and that the security tape is still securely attached to the dress.
(Please note if the security ribbon is removed, or there are marks on the dress showing it has been worn we will not be able to give you a refund.)
Place the dress into the prepaid envelope and drop it off at your nearest post office before 4pm, the day after you receive it and email us to let us know you have done so.
We should receive the parcel the next day and we will notify you to let you know this and when the refund has been processed.
