We send our dresses special delivery signed for via Royal Mail (UK). The standard price of this delivery is £9.95. This is for your dress to be delivered to you, and a pre-paid package for the dress to be sent back to us. This fee is included at check out and is the only delivery cost you will pay.
In order to ensure your dress arrives two days before your event, please place your order three days before your chosen event date. If you need a dress sooner than this please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01282 797213 and we can arrange this for you.
We do require that all our orders are signed for by you or someone else, to ensure that you have received your dress. If you are not going to be at your home address in order to sign for your dress, you can request that your delivery address be a work address or a relative’s so that someone can sign for it.
Yes you can track your order. We use Royal Mail next day, signed delivery to ship all our orders. Once your dresses have been dispatched from the post office, we will send you your tracking number on an email so you can then check the whereabouts of your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
If you wish to cancel your order before we have sent it out to you, simply email email@example.com or call our team on 01282 797213 who will be happy to assist you with this. However there is a £10 cancellation fee.
