Returns

Once you have received your designer dress, please try it on to see if it fits you. If unfortunately it doesn’t, you have 24 hours to return the dress back to us for a full refund minus shipping costs and £15 re-stocking fee.

Please notify us by email if you wish to send the dress back to us and ensure there are no signs of being worn or washed, and that the security tape is still securely attached to the dress.

(Please note if the security ribbon is removed, or there are marks on the dress showing it has been worn we will not be able to give you a refund.)

Place the dress into the prepaid envelope and drop it off at your nearest post office before 4pm, the day after you receive it and email us to let us know you have done so.

We should receive the parcel the next day and we will notify you to let you know this and when the refund has been processed.

Once we have received your dress back and the refund request, our specialist team will check over the dress to ensure that the item is in its original condition and that the security ribbon is still attached. We will then begin to process your refund and notify you via email.

The refund will be in the same form of payment you used to make your order.

Please note refunds can take 3-5 days.

We hope you loved your designer dress and felt AMAZING. Now all you have to do is send it back to us the next working day after your event.

Please put your dress in the prepaid envelope which was included in the package with your dress when it arrived and make sure it is securely sealed.

Drop it into your local UK post office before 4PM. The return delivery cost has been paid for in the £9.95 you paid at check out.

Please keep your proof of postage receipt safe until you receive the confirmation email that we have received your dress back and in good condition.

Please note – when returning the item you must retain your proof of postage incase the item does not arrive back to us or is lost in the postal system, to avoid being charged for the loss of the dress.

Please make sure you return your dress back on the next working day after your event, to prevent extra charges.

You will be charged £15 a day for everyday after the original return date that the dress is late.
