Hire the Catwalk are a leading designer dress hire agency, shipping to customers all over the UK.

We stock over 160 different dresses, each dress in 3 or 4 different sizes. We have a huge variety of designers in our wardrobe including; Mr Self Portrait, Three Floor, Forever Unique, Finders Keepers and many more.

Whatever the occasion; a night out with the girls, a date night with the other half, a friends wedding or the perfect prom dress, we have them all!

We have a simple hiring service, we deliver your dress direct to your door 2 days before your event, you wear our designer dress and then send the dress back to us in the prepaid envelope.

We want all our customers to look and feel like a celebrity at every event you go to, and with Hire the Catwalk you can but without the celebrity price tag.

What more could a girl want?

Simply browse through our huge array of designer dresses. When you have made a decision on which designer dress you want to hire, choose your size, opt for whether you would like to hire for 3 or 7 days, select the date of your event on the calendar provided, add it to your bag then simply check out. It really is that easy!

Once the payment and order has gone through our system, we will then send you a confirmation email of the dress/dresses you have hired.

Once you have worn our dress to your event, you then send it back to us in the prepaid envelope by dropping it into your local post office. We take care of the dry cleaning!

You can hire a designer dress on either a 3 day or 7 day hire basis. However if you require to hire a dress for a longer period of time, please contact us to see if this is possible.

After you have placed your order and the payment has gone through our system, we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received and confirm that your delivery address has been verified. We will certify your card details and clearly state the delivery day, the dress you have chosen and the post back date.

We sure do! We send our dresses all over the UK mainland.

Normally this does mean that the dress is already booked out, however if you contact our team on email or phone we can double check this for you.

Our Hire the Catwalk team are on-hand everyday to help you with any queries or questions you have about your designer dress hire. So, if you require any help you can either send our stylists an email at enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com or call the shop on 01282 797213.

If you have a query regarding your dress hire or the fit of a specific dress before you place your order, we would be happy to assist your every query.

At Hire the Catwalk, we have an on-hand seamstress who can do any alterations to our dresses. If you are wanting to hire a full length designer gown, we can offer this service to make the dress shorter in length at the cost of £10 extra. If you require this service, please contact our team via email to enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com or by calling us and we can assist you further.

If for any reason you are not happy with your dress, simply get in touch with us either via our email at enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com or call us on 01282 797213, and send it back to us within 24 hours, unmarked, unworn and unwashed, with the security ribbon still attached to the dress. We will automatically refund your money if this is the case.

The postal cost however will not be refunded and there is also a £15 re-stocking fee.

Please note we may refuse refunds if any of our terms and conditions are not met.

No, we do all the dry cleaning for you, you simply just send the dress back to us.

We do kindly ask that under no circumstance are our dresses washed or cleaned by yourselves. We have highly skilled dry cleaners who do this for us.

Ideally, we suggest that you place your order as soon as you know the dates you need it for. This way it is secured and there is no risk of it being booked out already for that date.

Our dresses are either brand new from the designers, or just like new. We follow a precise routine of checks on our dresses when we receive them back from customers. All our dresses are dry cleaned to ensure the highest quality possible.

We understand that some minor spillages and other wear and tear can not be helped when wearing our dresses. Any damage to our dresses will be looked at by our Hire the Catwalk team, and the high quality dry cleaners we use, before we contact you regarding the next steps of action.

Please note: if there is substantial damage to our dresses or if the dress you have rented has been lost, then your credit card will be charged the repair fee or the full replacement price of the dress.

If you do damage our dresses we kindly ask you to email us on enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com to make us aware of the damage straight away.

Our dresses vary. Some dresses are labelled in sizes, X Small, Small, Medium, Large, X Large.

However some of our dresses are sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16.

We are a dress hire agency. However, if you have seen a dress you would like to buy, please contact our team on enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com and we will be happy to let you know if this is possible.
