We send our dresses special delivery signed for via Royal Mail (UK) where all our items will arrive before 1pm 2 days before your event date, please note your order will need to be signed for upon delivery. The standard price of this delivery is £9.95. This is for your dress to be delivered to you, and a pre-paid package for the dress to be sent back to us. This fee is included at check out and is the only delivery cost you will pay. If you require delivery on a Saturday it is £3 extra which can be selected at checkout.

In order to ensure your dress arrives two days before your event, please place your order three days before your chosen event date. If you need a dress sooner than this please email enquiries@hirethecatwalk.com or call 01282 797213 and we can arrange this for you.

Returns

All you have to do is send your dress back to us the next working day after your event. Please put your dress in the prepaid envelope which was included in the package with your dress when it arrived and make sure it is securely sealed. Drop it into your local UK post office before 4PM. The return delivery cost has been paid for in the £9.95 you paid at check out. We take care of the dry cleaning so you don’t have to worry about that either. Please keep your proof of postage receipt safe until you receive the confirmation email that we have received your dress back and in good condition. In the unlikely event you send your dress back late, you will incur a late fees.
